Being on a trip to Berlin I discovered this site near the Reichstag and next to the river Spree.
Wondering about the huge amount of web-cams installed around the building, I realized they are providing a livestream between these cities.
Beside this virtual meeting Wrocław should be visited in real: It‘s one the European culture capitals in 2016!
